This policy explains how Tournament System, operated by MelCat Interactive in Australia, handles personal information on this website and the tournament services it runs. Questions go to contact@tournamentsystem.xyz.

What we collect

• Your Discord account details when you sign in with Discord: your Discord ID, username and avatar. We never see your Discord password or email address.
• What you give us, such as a display name, region, team details and images you upload, like team logos and profile photos.
• Tournament records, such as team memberships, match results, rule acceptances, staff notes and moderation records.

How we use it

We use it to sign you in, run teams and tournaments, show tournament information, enforce the rules and keep the service secure.

Some of it is public by design: verified teams and their members, player profiles to anyone with the link, and caster details on broadcasts.

We don't sell personal information, show advertising or use tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed with service providers that host this website, store uploaded images, provide sign-in and process payments. If a league connects its Discord server, we may update roles, channels and bans there.

These providers store or process information in Singapore and the United States.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser may also store display preferences, such as light or dark mode.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to run tournaments and keep fair records. Sign-in sessions expire on their own.

Accessing, correcting or deleting your information

You can change your display name and region in your profile settings. To get a copy of your information, correct it or ask us to delete it, email us. We may keep some moderation records where we need them for fair play.

Complaints

If you think we've mishandled your information, email us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

This service is for people aged 18 and over.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes.
